Dana White - About Randy Couture Being Offered a Fight

The UFC has offered a fight to Randy Couture, a fight against former Pride heavyweight champion, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.

Dana White said:

“We officially offered it to him and we haven't heard back yet. We should know this week. He (sent me a text message) yesterday and said he wants to sit down and talk.”

This should be an intense fight. My question is, what is the reasoning for this fight? When you were talking about matching Randy to Fedor and you changed it to him fighting Rodrigo. Would it be fought in a ring or a cage? I find it interesting and I laugh my ass off when you were talking in front of the camera how Randy could smash Fedor and then you switch it to Rodrigo!!! HA HA! Since Catores is te UFC champian and Fedor is the Pride Champion, I find it funny that Cator has to fight another guy other than Fedor! If that is true, why would you match him to someone else?

All in all, a world champion fighter verses a world champion fighter should never have to fight someone else to fight another world champion fighter!!!!

My prediction, If Fedor and Randy fight, I believe Fedor has a better all around fighting performance that Randy will not have a chance and all it will be is simple entertainment to their fans. Fedor is more versatile n his fighting ability compared to Randy who is also a good fighter but not that versatile.
