I've posted almost 600 pictures of the recent Paradise Warrior Retreat in Toronto. Lighting conditions weren't great and there was always movement...a bad combination for taking photos, but some of them aren't too bad. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Oh yeah, in case you've forgotten there is a UFC event on the 18th and another one on the 25th. We still do UFC results on this site

Former Pride 205lb champion Dan Henderson will take on former UFC 185lb champ Rich Franklin in a light heavyweight (205lb) main event fight in Dublin Ireland on January 17th.

UFC 93 will also feature Mark Coleman vs "Shogun" Rua, this is their second time facing each other, the first one ended with Shogun breaking his arm...or should I say Coleman breaking Shogun's arm.

I'm sitting at work right now, so I don't have a chance to go into full details, but this weekends Paradise Warrior Retreat was amazing. Bas Rutten, Matt Serra, Damien Maia, Rob Kamen and Babalu were trainers and I'm sure the weekend raised the game of all who participated.

I also found a brand new spot to shop locally. Fight Planet in Hamilton, they had some stuff available at the event (I picked up some nice No Gi shorts and a few shirts), but visiting their web site really impressed me. It looks like I'll be taking a quick trip to Hamilton soon...or perhaps I'll just be lazy and order online

Anyway, it was a great weekend and I'll be posting a few pics and some more info soon.

...now back to work! Oh, and don't forget about Shamrock vs Kimbo next weekend followed by two weekends of UFC madness with Bisping vs Leben and Cote vs Silva...I declare October as kickass MMA month!
