The long awaited match between Phil Baroni and Frank Shamrock is finally happening. The fight is courtesty of BoDog fight and is being held on June 22nd.

There's been some bad blood between these two for quite a while, so it might be a good match.

While I think in his prime Frank Shamrock would have easily defeated Phil Baroni, it's hard to ignore that fact that Shamrock has only had two fights in the last 4 years, both against Gracie's. Shamrock won one of the fights and lost the other by DQ. In both fights, Shamrock relied on strikes (and knees).

The bottom line is that I think that Baroni will KO Frank Shamrock in this fight.
